What the challenge is
Participants challenge themselves to establish better daily habits, develop confidence, learn the business fundamentals, practise ethical conversations, improve follow-up and build consistent activity. It is a structure for personal discipline inside a supportive community.
Progress is measured by what you did, not by what you earned. That is deliberate — activity is the part any individual can actually control.
Individual results vary. Success requires personal effort, learning and consistent activity.

Designation
What founder-member status means
A campaign and community designation for early participants — nothing more.
Here it means

- Complete the official training rather than improvising around it.

- Respect people's answers — including 'no thank you'.
- Keep simple records of your own activity.
- Ask for help early rather than quietly drifting.
